It's been a while! Page shifts when scroll bar appears

Hi guys,

In IE, if my page has content that means the user has to scroll down, the scroll bar appears on the right of IE. If you've just navigated from a page that doesn't have a lot of content, you see a noticeable shift of the site to the left.

I know there's a way to avoid this, but I cant seem to find the simple fix.

Can anyone help?
