Its Coming - Ahsoka

All of these d+ star wars shows would be better as films or being all available at once, rather than weekly release
If they were available all at once people would binge and then cancel. They release weekly to ensure people remain subbed in order to watch. It's also why they try to have something Star Wars or marvel every 3-4 weeks available, gotta keep those subs active to watch!

Sabine just stopping when Ashoka got the upper hand over the darkside sigter was a bit silly. She could have struck her down or told her to give up. I mean a few mins ago she was shooting scarlet from behind.

Main fight wasn't as fluid, looked slow in parts but a good episode nonetheless.

It was good but it just feels like "everything" is a tiny bit short of being great and some obvious...Why and WTF?!?!!? WHY moments lol

But that was a very good episode...

Although i have soooo many questions and wtfs regarding Star wars lore and some of their design choices.

ill pick just one for nerds to discuss.

Why is this hyperspace ring built like a Jedi starfighter hyperspace ring but doesn't attach to a craft. Its very big, but its not star destroyer big, its not like they are gonna attach it to Thrawns ship??? right??? Im sure they will but the scale is "wrong"??

yeah i understand the "why"

its just ... unsatisfying, if they were full length 45-1 hour (like old tv episodes) with proper three act structure it would be more satisfying, or if not drop batches of episodes or something

The cg\de-aged Anakin....good god. That's possibly the worst attempt I've seen yet. It looked vaguely ok from a distance then the close up was just video game pre-rendered character quality.

I thought it looked ok when I watched the episode, but it doesn't look great in stills

I always think with double bladed lightsabers (like the one in this) just cut the guy’s hand / the hilt of the saber. There was a gap in the middle of the one in Ashoka just for that.

That is like saying just cut the hand/hilt of the normal lightsabers. They can just adjust their block to stop that.

When he blinks lol just looks extremely inhuman

Just his face alone looks off, the skin looks strange, the smile lines really seem to sink his mouth in to an unnatural level. It just looks all sorts of wrong when you look at it. Its like parts of the model look sharp and other aspects looks really soft giving it a very weird look.

Anakin was holding vader's lightsaber and with the accompanying theme tune it will be interesting where they go with it.

In other news link

Here's hoping it's a feature length episode.
