but for budget build its pretty good.

Push air out of the cooler? Since when has that been a good idea?
Maybe since every single downdraft cooler has, oh wait, NOT done that and has instead pulled air down into the cooler, because that's how they work. Common sense would dictate that the way you've described simply won't work efficiently, hence why no coolers use that method.
Just saying.

On topic, LOL Asus coolers. They just look hilarious. Still decent for the price though, definitely worth it over stock coolers.

They do look a lot like a drag queen who has been dragged through a blender machine and then had there face stapled to the back of a tractor which reversed along a country lane.

But other than that they are way better than a stock cooler and comparable to other £20 after market coolers for very little moneys.

i meant to say pull air horizontally <--- not vertically

If they were tower coolers I'd agree, but they're downdraft coolers. No reason why downdraft coolers can't be decent, look at the Noctua C-14 and Thermalright XP-14. They cool the surrounding components like the VRM circuitry, too, which is handy. The stock coolers are made this way for this exact reason, to cool surrounding components, which is why these are ideal quieter replacements for the stock cooler. They're not meant to be high performance.
