Greetings and Salutations Over Clockers!

Quite a while back I got a pc on here, with a HIS 6770 IceQ X Turbo 1GB GDDR5 graphics card.
Sadly, the fan has been having issues and whilst I've done what I can to keep it going, it feels like its time to get a replacement graphics card. I don't intend to buy a full new rig however, so I'm turning to you helpful guys once again to see what I could possibly get without everything go horribly wrong.

The intention of the rig is a gaming one, with the aim of the game being heat efficient and low fuss and I've got a £300 budget, though >200 is something I'd like to avoid in a dream scenario, if its impossible however, so be it.

The PC specs I believe are important - If there's anything else you need to know, do ask :

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail
MSI Z77A-G43 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
OCZ ZS Series 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B)
Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 High Performance Quiet CPU Cooler (Socket 775/1155/1156/1366/AM2/AM2+/AM3)

Using a Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case with Fan Controller by the way, so if it fits in there...it just happens to be a major plus.

Thanks in advance :)

Quick update - I forgot to mention I'm looking for a card with dual screen capability.
