And its about god damn time i upgrade my pc. Currently running:

3800 Athlon x2 (939)
DFI Lan party nForce 4 mobo
2 Gb ram
X1900 XT 512mb

The main reason i want to upgrade is for a new monitor, very bored of 1280*1024 now on my Xerox 19". Will also need it for WAR im guessing, AOC was playable, just.

I'd prefere to do a staggered upgrade, maybe getting the monitor, gfx card and psu first, then mobo/cpu/ram at a later date. Thinking of the following:

although i will seriously consider a 24" 'better' modelm, and

No idea on PSU requirements, will need some help on that one. Requirements are gaming in COD4.

So OCUK forumites, am i going about this the wrong way and will i have to do it all at once? Budget is flexible, not super computer money though please :)

Thanking you

Sounds like a reasonable plan to me. From a gaming point of view your current system will get far more benefit from the GPU and monitor. The ones you have chosen are good choices and can't really be faulted.
