It's that time again

I am looking to upgrade my current rig as I do every 6 months or so, I am looking at a system upgrade and perhaps something to further compliment the system like my Corsair K70 gaming keyboard.

What would you suggest guys?

PSU: Corsair RM750
Motherboard: GA Z77 DSH
CPU: i5 3570k
CPU Cooling: H100i water cooler
GPU: R9 290 Vapor-X oc
Memory: G.Skill 8GB Ram 2100mhz
Case: Phantom 410
OS: Windows 8.1 64Bit
SSD: Samsung Evo 250gb SSD
HDD: 2tb Seagate 7200rpm HDD
Monitor. ACER CB280HK 4K 28" LED Monitor
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry red mx gaming keyboard

I like it, how much of a boost will this give me or is this more about future proofing?

Well, it enables you to upgrade to 64GB instead of 32GB. But that all depends on what you want to do.

You have 10x SATA3 on the board, which should do you for storage

Will be able to stick another R9 in there if you want to.

That cpu won't work with that board.

Don't know how I managed to get them two confused :eek:

EDIT: I added them to the basket and removed what I thought was the CPU I was going to buy, I delete the wrong one. I'm embarrassed. Now I have lost the CPU I was going to buy. **

Corsair Link works on Windows 10 (download the latest version from their site). Also, X99 is a great upgrade; you won't have to upgrade again for the next 5 years if you go with X99.
