it's that time of year again

when my earphones break....

so currently have a pair of philips phidelio s2's, which i've been very happy with, however the right hand ear bud has just lost all volume, presumable a loose connection.

so, before i run out and get another pair knowing i'll be lucky to get 2 years out of them, are there any other reccommendation for quality/longevity?

only condition is they have to follow that style as it's the only style that fits- normal earbuds just fall out.
