This stuff makes my blood boil.
Why is this always thrown around like it's some kind of valid reason/excuse. Why don't people take some responsibility instead of harping on about rain after a dry period.
You would think as a result of it getting blamed enough (like every time there is an accident) that people would have LEARNT to stop being stupid and bad drivers and that *gasp* rain compromises friction. 2 girls crashed a van into a lamppost and nothing was attributed to the crash, yeah I'll attribute "Bad driving". No doubt if it was 2 young lads they would have been speeding or racing!
Weather is about as valid as blaming a tail wind for speeding. In-fact, I'll be trying that if I am ever in such a position and need some weak excuse.
