So, I think it's time for an upgrade.
I've been rocking my 480 for a number of years now, and whilst I've actually started to get used to the noise it produces, and an finding the heat is actually quite useful sometimes, I think it's time for something a bit more powerful, and much quieter.
Let me start off with some simple points:

I've been rocking my 480 for a number of years now, and whilst I've actually started to get used to the noise it produces, and an finding the heat is actually quite useful sometimes, I think it's time for something a bit more powerful, and much quieter.
Let me start off with some simple points:
- Budget isn't really an issue. I could get a 780TI if I wanted to, but don't see the point if it'll be surplus to needs.
- My 480 hasn't actually been that impairing in games I play, I don't play that many games anymore. However I have just started playing the elder scrolls online, and think a bit of extra oomph would be nice just so I can fully max out.
- Requirements are that it can support two screens with probably a game on one and maybe some tv on the other - the 480 occasionally huffs a bit about this. Whilst at the moment it's a 24 and 19 inch screen I could see it becoming a 30 and 24 one day.
- Case is a Lian Li 354b, obviously a new gpu would need to fit, but the 480 is fairly monstrous in size anyway. Only thoughts here may be some coolers may not be appropriate but I can look into that.
- I want to continue to be with nvidia
- PSU is a Corsair 750AX so it shouldn't be an issue there either
- I don't actually do that much gaming anymore. If it weren't for TESO I probably wouldn't be upgrading it and would get a chunky SSD instead
