Yet it’s a lot hotter than last year when 1600 people died because of the heat.Why do we have a red weather warning for this weather. What is the "risk of serious illness or death" that the met office are on about. Its just a bit of warm weather.

Presumably he's just set it to only come on if the temps drop below 25c, like I do on summer, so it's effectively turned off.
