No way am I barbecuing when the temps in the high 30’s. BBQ weather is 22-30 degrees

Yet it’s a lot hotter than last year when 1600 people died because of the heat.

Extreme heat, no air con, plus a health condition like a weak heart and it’ll kill you. The weather alert means that services like the emergency services can prepare.

Presumably he's just set it to only come on if the temps drop below 5c, like I do on summer, so it's effectively turned off.

BBC news reporting that some schools closing early on Monday, some sports events have been cancelled, and railway tracks expected to go out of shape a bit so are being painted white to deflect heat as the rails can reach 50c.

The hose gets quite hot if you can insulate it even better just make sure the seal is good and do not buy a extention for it the btu rating goes lower

Also the downside of the red warning is though, it causes people to fear it with major anxiety and that brings up the heartrate up more making them even hotter binging more risk of death.

Well I'm a weird lizard person that enjoys being out (currently gardening) in the sun. In Cyprus we have BBQs every day I guess you get used to it.
