It's too hot :(

I remember being in Florida and temps were 37c and humidity was 95%-97%.

Even on my first holiday there during the Easter holiday, I was wearing a heat colour changing t-shirt (a fad in 90s fashion) and it changed colour within 5 seconds of being outside at 7am!

Still stuff my face with 4-4.5k cals per day! :D

Just not stews or soups or things like that.

My childhood in Hong Kong lol

This kind of weather also comes with typhoon and hurricanes though.
 
I've been avoiding leaving the house while its hot, I got 20 min up the road and I see 3 near collisions within minutes of each other, jesus.
 
Love the hot weather if it’s on a weekend like today. Only a pain if you have to work. Partly as you are less tolerant but also you want to be outside in it.

The usual dilemma for me in heat like this, having enjoyed watching pro cycling stage 7 of Tour of Britain on TV...

Head out now before dinner in the heat for a gentle ride, or wait until after dinner when it will cool a little hopefully, but feeling stuffed from food could kill off all remaining energy.
