It's upgrade time again.

Well I've been told by O2 I can upgrade my phone on the 15th of Feb, I've spotted two phones. The K850i and the W960i, I guess my question is to the people who have these, what are they like? I currently have the W850i which is great but if I could get the pro's and cons of people who actually own the previously mentioned phones it would be easier to make a choice. Also what are O2 like for bashing out a deal? I'm on a 25 quid per month contract but go over it quite often.

I was on £35 (12 months) Free N73, 400 mins 100 txts (shocking I know) and managed to get £25 (12 months) Free G800, 600 mins, 1000txts.

Had a few 50-70 bills but nothing excessive. I just asked for my PAC code due to me getting a 'better offer' they asked what it was I said 400 mins 400 txts £30 a month, they went to speak to the manager and offered me what I am now. Probably could have pushed for more though. (This was early January)

Sorry to dig up an old'ish thread, so I phoned O2's cancellations as the offer they were giving me wasn't good enough. They then offered me 600 minutes and 1000 texts, unlimited calls to O2 numbers and free browsing with an N95 for £27 a month, so for anyone who's upgrading stay firm and you should get the deal you deserve!
