ITUNE - Multiple accounts query

Both my wife and I have an ipod and I would like to seperate between our playlists.

Is there a way of doing this without deleting some songs. As mine is full up and hers has plenty of room for more songs.

Is there a way of creating two libraries that you can switch between so they have different songs?

Install iTunes to a different directory and then create a new library folder.

(/me goes to check thats even possible.)

Edit: So, install it to a different directory (Either in the install options, or just copy and paste to a new location (Update the shortcut) and change the shortcut name), open the current install, consolidate that library to the new iTunes folder, then, in the other install, import that library, delete the songs you/your better half don't want.

That should, in theory work.
