Itunes 12 TV series help

Can anyone explain how to add a tv series to iTunes and have it display in order?
I am trying to get my clone wars seasons in to iTunes and can put them in to the tv shows section with no issues. Each file is labelled as follows- Star Wars The Clone Wars Ep1.m4v, Ep2.m4v etc etc....
I have tried selecting all once in iTunes as they all go in to the same folder with no issues and then using the get info tab to change options but cannot figure it out.

Have you added the meta data? I use iFlicks personally to add all the meta data for my films and TV. You should be able to edit the meta data within iTunes itself but not sure if that actually writes the data to the file like iFlicks does.
