iTunes -48 Error when syncing iPod

Hi, got a problem with my iTunes. Whenever I plug in my iPod, it attempts to sync it but a error appears saying It can't copy, error -48.

Now, I know that it isnt the ipod because it worked fine on (dare I say it..) Windows. The first time i plugged it in my mac, this error showed up .

If i click OK on the error, and then press Sync manually, it works? Just it won't sync automatically when I plug it in

Any Ideas?

Have you installed the latest iPod / iPod Classic firmware?

If not, do a restore & install. If so, try a restore.

Yeah I have, I restored it and found out that there was a new firmware so i installed it. Still got the problem

By the way, I have a iPod Video 30gb if it helps

My iPod Video 60gb is doing this aswell, but the same iTunes works fine with my 8gb Nano (I'm still on Tiger if that makes any difference?)

Argh have this problem as well! iPod Video 80GB on Tiger.
