Itunes 8.02 & iPhone

Hi guys,

My brother currently has an iPhone and when he connects it to Itunes it freezes and doesn't recognize it.

All drivers are correct and i've uninstalled/re-installed so many times that it's really getting on my nerves.

Do any of you guys know how to fix this?

Press and hold the power + home buttons on the iPhone until you see a USB cable.

Now plug it in
