Doesn't look like the x64 version is out yet.
I've just upgraded successfully via Help>Check for Updates on Vista x64.
It's a lot snappier than before but they've still got some work to do.

That is assuming that I have iTunes installed. 
If that works though, I could re-install later tonight and update it that way, then wait for the x64 installer to become available for archival purposes.

Downloading now, maybe it'll make it slightly less rubbish.
Why does it insist on quicktime being installed? Why does it recommend Safari being downloaded as well? why why why?

Probably to use it as the audio/video decoding engine
Surley all they need is the engine itself, not the whole program?
And a re-start after install? WTF?
