For some reason, my itunes account has been disabled. This has been the case for about 1 month.
I have tried contacting the itunes support via e-mail with no joy, tried changing my payment details, tried changing my account password, tried a link to a remote password reset I found on the apple forum but absolutely nothing seems to work.
I'm getting the message on my gf's ipod touch when trying to buy any application (free or paid), but I can happily go into itunes on my pc, go to the store, and see my account information and update it.
Does anyone have any ideas?
