iTunes account password changed?!

Hi fellers, for some reason my account has changed. Now when I go to recover it doesn't send to my email!? So I'm assuming that's been changed. Any way to sort this out? Contact apple I guess?

Incredibly annoying seeing 19 updates available but I can't update!
