iTunes app organisation

I've formatted my PC, installed iTunes and have everything on my iPhone exactly how I want it. Now, all I want to do is click the app sync button and iTunes pull across the app organisation.

In the past it always end up messing everything up and leaving my iPhone like a war zone and I have to spend ages re-organising everything so I'm holding off before I hear if there's a way to do it.

Help!

Right click device in iTunes "Backup". Sync. Restore from backup. App Mess. Restore from backup again. Back in order.
