itunes deleted files

Hi guys

I downloaded a couple of audio books onto my iphone 4. I just plugged the phone into my laptop and synced it and now 2 of the audio books are missing. 9 are still there, but the most recent downloads are gone.
its the latest itunes.
Any ideas

Just got through to Apple store Trafford and they helped me get them back.
They were is my music and so I dragged them back to itunes.

Great customer service!!!!
