iTunes Duplicates

Is there an easy, quick and automated way to delete dups from the iTunes library? I know you can do show duplicates and delete by hand but I have hundreds. I've Just imported my MP3 collection over the network and something went a bit wrong.

Also, how do you get that desktop widget up for it. I've seen a screen shots with it but don't know how to enable it.

Or recommend a good music player/library that's not iTunes.

Since updating to 9.2 all my duplicates have come back for some reason. Feek = Legend

Edit: Doh its for Mac only. Windows 7 here
