iTunes error?

Hey, I get this iTunes error every time I start iTunes.

I'm running vista 64 and have the latest iTunes installed. I've tried reinstalling and recently a did a reformat (For a different issue) and it is still does it.

Any ideas?

I had a look on apple's site but couldn't see anything should have tried google.
