hi all
had a call from my mum last night because she was having a problem with a film she has brought on itunes.
to cut a long story short it looks like it failed or corrupted as she couldnt watch it on the netbook or sync it to the ipod.
i have never had a problem with a download so my question is, how does she re download it? and surely she doesnt have to re pay?
does she need to delete it? or is there a fix option?
any help appreciated
