itunes help for complilations

I'm having an issue with itunes where I import a cd. In this case Some nights by Fun. When it imports it put's it into a compilation folder instead of it's own folder on my hard drive. Not a big issue I have read it does this because of other names credited to the track in this case track 1.

Now when I search for the album on itunes track 1 isn't listed in that album. I have tried importing with compilation unticked and then it imports into it's own folder but still track 1 is listed separately.

I have noticed on other albums to tracks are not grouped together from albums and stuff like radio ones live lounge which has various artists is all over the place.

How do I now group this back together in one album?

Set album artist to 'Various Artists' and then set origional contributing artist to 'who ever recorded it' has worked for me to organise my media as I want it.

Highlight all songs on album then right click and 'get info' then just makesure the album name is all the same for all tracks (by highlighting them all, you are editing the albume name for all here so this is taken care of ) and you click the VA box for various artists. iTunes should do the rest and tie all the highlighted tracks into one album
