Is there anyway to back up iTunes song info? E.G I have a certain artist that has been played x amount of times can i back all this info up?

Also what about importing this kind of info from winamp etc, possible?

I like the playlists that are created from info that itunes stores.

to back up your music library info simply create a back up of

D:\Documents and Settings\******\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\

iTunes Music Library.xml
and
iTunes Library.itl

as for winamp it is possible, but hard work. I did have a thread ages ago.

Another question, is it possible to just play an artists' album in shuffle? In the Music Library it lists all my albums obviously and plays every song shuffled. Is there a way?

Trying to convert myself to iTunes but it isn't easy, makes my laptop run so slow

at the top you should have 3 search menus just select the album in there.

Cheers, do you have to search for the paticular artists everytime?

there's probably other ways, but that's how I do it.

Ahh, I don't have that view, just a list of the songs etc. How do I get that view??
