Got loads of fabric cd and other comps that arent that common, other than doing it manually is there an easier way to get all my album art? Ive tried right clicking, 'get album art'

Another thing, is there a way to change all your comps to be listed in the same way?

Also each time I re-install my OS I have to go thru the whole process of changing album art, album/song names etc. Is there not an easier way?

1. If its not common then no not really

2. Yes select all the comps which are form the same set and right click then press get info and you can set the comp name to be identical and then itunes will group them in album view - is that what you mean?

3. Yes back up your album artwork which is stored in the iTunes folder with the music and the itunes (blah blah blah) .xml

Read one of these....

Windows - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1364
Mac - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1449

The way I always used to do it when on Mac was as unknowndomain mentions. Back up the whole iTunes folder and that will include all data inclusive of Album Art.

Regards to attaining CD Covers / Album Art. I always used to go to places like Amazon & Play, search for the Album and pinch the zoomed in version of what they had. There are however programs that can make your life a little easier if you have lots of music or don't have time to manually search.

The one that springs to mind is http://www.albumcoverfinder.com/

Not tried it myself but have heard lots and lots of people mention it on a few other forums I frequent.

Hope that helps a little.

All the best
Nathan
