I have a new ipod which I trasfered all my music to on my MBP in OSX now can install itunes on vista (have bootcamp) and manage it from there also. Is it true that you can only use you ipod with your own iTunes on your own PC and not anyone elses as it will wipe eg goto my friends pc and plug it into his itunes and grab his music.

If you set it to manually sync your music on other peoples libraries it won't wipe it and say no to any other messages that come up

What sync it from my ipod, cant see any settings for this ?
