iTunes installing error

Why didn't I try restarting my pc...

Grr,

Re-installed windows and i wanted to change my partitions. Everything is installed apart from Itunes.

I downloaded the installer and ran it and i get this:

Any ideas what to do for a fix?
Should add it was perfectly fine before the reinstall

EDIT: Managed to download version 8.11 but i try to update i get

Errors occured while installing the updates. If the problem persits choose tools > downoad only and try installing manually

Rather stupid.. Even though i selected 64bit version it installs in the (*86 program files) can't remember if it did that last time.

Tried to install Nokia Ovi suite and

Ahhh, best to re-install windows i guess? Only installed 1 game so..just takes ages to transfer files back over
