Itunes + Ipod help

1) Open up the ipod in "My Computer" - It should show as a removable hard disk or USB memory
2) Select 'View Hidden Folders' from the Tools > Folder Options menu
3) Somewhere in the hidden folders there's a load of files with wierd 4 character names. Copy the parent folder to your PC.
4) Import the folder into iTunes and all will be well.
^^ Worked a treat for me the other day when I somehow managed to delete my library :S
