im trying here because the apple support section is sooooooo **** if you want to contact them you have to follow a dropdown menu which almost all problems dont fit into and the forum is awful!
Basically, earlier today i was happily listening to music (linkin park if your interested) on itunes and then after restarting could not play a single song in the album, i could play all other songs just not those 7, when i pressed play it showed no sign that i had done so! so i deleted the album and tryed to re-import it! i press "file, add folder" and select the foulder press ok and,,,, nothing no error message no beep no progress bar at the top! and the music doesnt apper ain the libary, i've tryed moving the music to different locations on the hard drive and importing the songs seperatelky but it refuses to do anything!
any ideas or similar experiance? thanks
