Itunes - Istore

Hello All, Got a little problem, Itunes works fine, But as soon as I go to the Itunes Store, It tells me my country is Japan, gives me all prices in Zen and tells me certain content is not avaliable in Japan.... Any idea how to fix this so I can actualy buy english things?
