Not sure if this should be in apple software or windows, since iTunes is apple, but I'm running it on windows.

Anyway, today for some reason its just created a duplicate podcast for one which I follow:

First one shows the two now in iTunes, the second shows the view inside the new one which appeared today, and the third one is inside the old one, which is weird because of the top part shows what looks like to be the new postcast above the old one, but with no episodes shown?

In addition, I had a look around to see where things were being saved. In Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Podcasts there is now a Day[9] and a day9tv folder, the Day[9] folder being created today, but its empty. Wondering where the podcast was, I viewed it in windows explorer and found several ones which were missing from the above podcast directory to instead be living in Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Downloads\Podcasts in folders ending with .tmp

Anyway, long story short is there anything I can do to just get one podcast again? Or is it something at itunes's/day9's end which has caused this?

Yea I think it happens when the podcast owner changes the name or some tag. Either that or some iTunes update has changed the way it reacts to the tags. 4 of my podcasts have done this, I've tried changing the sort/album info tags but nothing has helped, its exactly like your 3rd pic with the big gap for the old one, very annoying! :(

If you find a fix please let me know!
