Itunes living hell

I have existing music on my phone which i created with itunes. Now on a new pc and reinstalled itunes and i can no longer create a play list that will be recognized by itunes, also i can not drag and drop music with in the itunes app into existing playlists, this piece of **** needs sorting out,anyone have any ideas on what is going wrong? its the latest version of itunes and its not functioning like it should anymore.

An iPhone can only sync with one version of iTunes at a time. Copy your music library from the old PC to the new one and you should be peachy.

The problem is the iphone will not allow me to create a playlist neither will it even let me to drag existing tunes from the iphone library and put them in an existing playlist. i can't just copy an old library from my pc i have only selected out songs that i want and put them on the phone, I can't belive no one had a solution to this I have looked all over the internet and no one can solve it.
