iTunes Match - Data usage query

If I decide to invest in iTunes Match which im 50/50 on If I decide to use on my iPhone will playing music streaming from iCloud/iTunes match use data from my contract the problem being I only get 1GB of Internet.

1gb ~ 7 hours of itunes match, bare in mind once things are downloaded you dont need to redownload them.

Just pre-download stuff where possible on Wifi for playback later. If storage starts building up on the phone then just bin all the downloaded stuff via Settings.
