It's out now, I'm encountering a problem but I'm signed up. Will leave it for the time being, hasn't started the upload yet but I'll try again in morning, probably getting hammered now.

14k of songs to be uploaded! :eek:

I'd 85% are clean but I gave up because the cleaning program TuneUp was awful.

Will see what happens next!

Yea still not working, when you view your account in iTunes it says 'add this computer' but nothing is happening, the Match appears under the Store but says something about genius...

Will try again tomorrow.

Well its certainly kicked off for me, gathering info at the moment before matching and then uploading unmatched songs.

Might have to leave it running all night, taking its time analysing the library at the mo'

Mine only finished around half 1 this afternoon, having left it going all night. Thats 6k unfound songs uploaded and 8k songs matched! 21.5GB uploaded :eek:

I think I'm being simple here, but how do I see my music on the phone? I thought you could skip and download what you wanted? :confused:

So I've been using the extremely annoying and temperamental program Tune Up (I do NOT recommend this program!) to clean some of my albums, I have a large collection and even though it was (say 80% clean) I've been through and cleaned what remained, I've also deleted some old rubbish and added some new albums and finally I've reorganised continued releases (like Clubland 1-20 for example) that were out of place or not showing together correctly. The collection is probably as clean as I can get it....

I've allowed iTunes Match to upload new albums but as I've been clearing up, changing things it doesn't seem Match is updating song titles & album names as I have been doing in iTunes, anyone any advice?

I've done 'Update iTunes Match' a few times but checking on my phone it doesn't match (the cleaning/updating) to what I've done to my main library.

Is this a big oversight by Apple? Will it mean I'll have to delete and start again? Anyone understand what turning off iTunes Match does (does it delete the whole thing off iTunes server)?

I'll have a gander on the community boards later but wanted to see if anyone else here has encountered this annoyance!

Crud Example:

Using Clubland again, I have every one (1-20), now some songs were not showing up as joined to the album, or the album had Vol. or something else in the title, or album art missing. If iTunes Match doesn't match, which it hasn't for some of the albums, it'll upload them regardless. Now if after that I rename the album correctly, join up things and make sure they are all named correctly, album art is all appearing and they appear chronologically in my iTunes album view, does iTunes Match pick up those small changes?

When in album view on my iPhone, going down to C, the Clubland albums still appear out of order, Clubland 19 for instance doesn't appear but does when I search for it?
