iTunes Match - will I be up a creek if I get an Android phone?

I'm currently toying with the idea of a Galaxy S3 and will probably decide against it (at least until I see the new phone) but it got me to thinking - I have iTunes Match going at the moment and some of my music has been replaced.

They're DRM-free AAC files, so they should be no problem on an S3, right?

Wouldn't be a very good phone if it couldn't play mp4 audio files would it? Which it does apparently

It was more about whether the AAC files were properly DRM free and would work on other devices I wanted to check. I haven't had the best experience with iTunes Match so far!
