itunes on vista

I am trying to install itunes on vista 32 bit home premium.
When I run it I get the error

"i tunes needs to be repaired to work with vista. Please use control panal to do this"

Can anyone advise on how to do this!

Not sure how u repair it, I installed the latest Itunes on vista Business 32 last night with no problems, release notes on itunes 7.11 say theve fixed some vista issues, what version are u installing ?

As above you need t download the latest drivers from Apple's web site to work correctly with Windows Vista.

those vista style ones didn't last long. they were terrible.
