Itunes or Iphone?

Hi all, quick question i hope. Anyway lost all my music on laptop but using media monkey, I managed to get it all back but some names had changed etc. So very patiently via Itunes i changed all names and tittles to what they should be. Now in Itunes the names are as they should be, but playing my Iphone through my in car cd player some of the names are coming up as Track 1. Track 2 etc.
Anyone know which is at fault?
Itunes shows correct names and my Iphone doesnt, but it syncs through Itunes so i'm not sure.

Might need to select all your tracks, right click and write ID3 tags in iTunes.

Yeah ive done that. WHen i select the album/song of the problem tracks in Itunes its showing that its the correct artist and song tittle. If i go to my Iphone its showing track 01
track 02 ETC.

Hmm usually when the ID3 tags are correct it updates tracks on you iDevice. Tried taking off all the tracks and putting them on again?

Also just noticed its not putting new tracks on there. Think i will try removing them all and re adding them.
