iTunes playing tracks in a strange order... Why?!

Hi,

Having dramas with iTunes. It plays my tracks in a seemingly random order, rather than whatever I sort them by. Shuffle is off, and I've toggled it on and off, updated iTunes, restarted etc, but I can't fix this!

Any ideas?

Are you sure you're not just playing a song, then switching to a different playlist window?

I did that for ages and couldn't figure it why it wasn't playing them in order
