Itunes prob!!!

Been using itunes and an iphone for 5 months now no problems at all. Took my iphone to apple last night and great customer service got a new phone. Now when i got home i set it up as a restore from recent back up, but now for some reason i cant get any of my apps on the iphone.
The app sync box is ticked and i have ticked the apps i wont on there, but when i hit apply it says sync in progress but they never go on to the iphone. Im really at a loss here so any help would be great.

Might be worth just restoring the phone again, incase something went wrong during the process.

Have you tried re-downloading any of the apps on the actual phone to see if that still works?

I have about 20 mins ago re restored the phone lol.
I can download them again via the phone, but there are a lot of apps to manually download again

Are you sure you're signed in to the correct iTunes account if its a share computer?

Restore as a new phone then manually sync?

Well i plugged the iphone into the other netbook, it synced straight away.
Im logged in all is the same as the netbook but for some reason it wont sync any apps...
