Hey guys i hope someone can help, i have been having problems with itunes and my 3gs & ipod touch i wouldn't sync properly so i uninstalled itunes and reinstalled now it syncs no problem but all my music is gone :(:confused: is there a way to re-download what i have bought and if so where do i find it, do i have to locate the albums in itunes and re-buy or is there some other way to do it? also i'm not going to get charged again am i?

Sorry if you already know this but have you gone into your music>itunes> itunes media>music. Might be of know help but this is where all downloads are stored from itunes. I would doubt itunes would wipe all the music after a uninstallation

Look around on your PC and then re-import the music into iTunes.

If it's gone from your PC, you're boned, and will have to pay for it again, which sucks.

Well the music will still be on your hdd so as von said, just search for it.
On my W7 computer i just click start then searched for mp3 and a few other formats then copied and pasted those songs back in. Songs downloaded from amazon music store, iTunes store etc can be re downloaded of course.

The only issue would be if you had purchases on the iPod/iPhone that hadn't been backed up to the PC. Those would be gone for good.

FOUND THEM :D thanks guys i thought i had lost them all, i should have looked there doh! i was thinking i could just sync the phone and ipod to get it all back like with all the apps... while i'm here how many devices can be linked to the same account, i'm thinking about getting another ipod touch for my son for xmas and he likes all the same sort of apps and music as me so would be nice not to have to buy them all again :)
