iTunes proprietary tags

Hello,
If you right click a track in iTunes and choose Get Info, there are two check boxes: One called "Skip when shuffling" and another to "Remember playback position"

I do all my music tagging in mp3tag which is brilliant. I know you can add tag fields into mp3tag and would like to add both of those iTunes tags. I cannot seem to locate them on this list:

How can I add them to Mp3Tag so I can tag some of my tracks with them?

I suspect that they aren't actually stored in the mp3 file itself but in the iTunes library database.

So isn;t there a way of adding a custom tag to the mp3 itself with the same name as the tag stored in the library file and get iTunes to read it from the file rather than the database
