Itunes question

Wierd one this.

I have just imported an album into my library. The tracks are numbered 1 to 14 but they are not sorted by track number and i'd like them to be. Im sure it is simple but how do I do this to ensure that when syncd to my ipod they are in the correct order ? :confused:

Have you filled the track numbers in 'Get info'?

Yeah i've done that ..

(OT: Im doing Trance stuff too at the mo - just done my Tiesto stuff)

Ah, thought you might have, was just making sure as I couldn't figure out if you did it there or the actual track name.

This is an odd one then, as if they are given track numbers they should fall into position correctly.

Maybe give http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1408718&tstart=0 a bash?

Thanks for that - I did try that and even removed the album from the library and readded but still wont copy over to the Ipod correctly.

Its wierd because as im watching the files import into the Library its doing it in order !?

This has really stumped me. :confused:

Ok sorted it now..

Very random - the option for gapless album was set to YES. Have changed this to NO and all sorted now.
