iTunes - Sharing single music repository between two accounts

Okay this is my situation, I have all my music (ripped mp3s) and iTunes friendly video files hosted on shares on my home server, my iTunes points to this and from in iTunes I manage three seperate devices (iPhone, iPad, and daughters iPod). Any new content is added to the share and then dragged into iTunes.

Now my wife also has an iPad and iPhone but would prefer to use iTunes from within her own account which means I have to keep adding new things to her library as well.

Is there any way to setup iTunes so two separate accounts reference the same media library so I only need to update the library in one place?

No. Not really unless you copy the music from one account to another. Unless the same account is used.
