Itunes Software.... IMHO

got an ipod recently and its all well and good by itself, but the problem is you cant put mp3's into the folder on the hdd like you would with a 10 pounds cheap usb mp3 player you buy off ebay..

therefore i thought id install itunes, and what a mistake that was...

i dont know about you but i dont need any software to manage music, thats just totally stupid and you cant upload 1 song at a time into it.... must erase and re-upload???////??

so the ipod was taught a valuable lesson and completely smashed to pieces..

had to spend 30minutes uninstalling like 6 different things from this crap..

down with apple! (rant over)

Get something like Ephpod, Anapod, Media Monkey, Winamp etc they can interact with an Ipod.

I love it when people blame software for their own lack of knowledge. Learn to use the program, or better yet, research a product before you purchase it.

i can use it perfectly, but i dont want to....

its MY software MY equipment, im not going to use it a way i think is illogical and pointless.. which like i said in my rant is just not the way i like to do things, i like simple quick and effective ways, IE USB/click my pc etc/ Drag and drop.... if people use whatever thats their problem, you should be ABLE to drag and drop if you want to!

And who said i purchased the ipod?

I'm totally with you mate. I've stopped using my ipod just because of itunes. I didnt smash it though. It's just sitting in its original packaging lol. useless to me.
