iTunes to MP3 Player Question

I haven't used itunes for a long time but I was given a voucher for Christmas and there's a couple of albums I want. How do I get the tracks so that I can play them on my Sansa Fuze player?
 
assuming your Sansa supports mp3, just download from iTunes as songs on there now are DRM free, so you can just pull it out and drop it on your player
