iTunes & Vista

Hello,

Does anyone here, who has Vista, have iTunes? Have you run in to any problems? I cannot do (pretty much) anything other than start iTunes before it crashes.

Running fine here with vista 64 ultimate

got itunes 7.1.1.5!

Mine, and the update tool says 7.1.1, how'd you manage to get 7.1.1.5?

7.1.1.5 is the latest build - however as it was a minor build it won't appear as a version to upgrade to.
However if you manually download the latest version of iTunes you will indeed get this build.

i used to have loads of problems with itunes when vista first came out, as an alternative you can use the MGTEK Dopisp (http://www.mgtek.com/dopisp/) plugin for WMP, Ive used it for a few months now and to be honest cant imagine going back to itunes, saying that i always prefered WMP 10 over the apple software,

You MUST use the latest version of Itunes with Vista. There was a problem with the previous versions on this OS.

Yeah, the latest version is running fine on wifey's Vista Home Premium laptop - she had it belting out some Depeche when I got home from work last night
