I was thinking earlier, VLC is a really good program for watching all sorts of weird and wonderful video formats (and others).
But it would be great it it held a library like itunes so that one wouldnt have to hunt through hdd(s).
And then thought if it would be even better if it could get the media metadata too.
Ive read about Plex before, but its web-based player is quite different to vlc's nice easy simple interface.
Does anybody know of any software that can do this?
