iTunes window

Hey guys,

I am trying to watch a video podcast using iTunes but whilst doing my other work. I am flipping between my desktop spaces and doing stuff.

What I need is a sort of sticky desktop window frame I can position on my screen and put a window into it so it stays there no matter what I am doing and no matter what space is currently active.

Any ideas?

Cant you use the windows 7 function that lets you use half the screen for one thing and the other half for something else? so they dont interrupt each other.
